Why is it so hard to lose weight?? I try and fail over and over again. I want to be healthy and happy. I know they say to be happy with yourself, but you can't when people constantly make fun of you and talk about your weight. I can't never keep up with workout video's. I am so tired by the time I get part way through it that I'm wore out and I quit. Anyone got any ideas about what I can do?!

Try denying yourself 4 times a day. If you catch yourself getting ready to eat something just because it's there say no and you'll be surprised at how many calories you cut.

I can hardly wait to check out the DVD'S! My tip is drink green tea hot with a little creamer in the a.m. and it curbs your appetite! Use a little sweetener if you need to.
