Return Policy

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or administer refunds due to buyer remorse. Only defective or damaged items will be refunded or replaced. We take great precautions to ensure items are packaged well. Occasionally, the shipping service may prove liable for damaged or missing goods and a claim will need to be made by you. In such instances, damaged goods must be kept available for the shipping service inspector to verify the claim. Without this verification, or in the event the shipping service and GoToGabby LLC are declared not liable, we will not be able to accept a return or administer a refund.

Please keep this receipt for all returns. It contains valuable information to insure proper handling of your return. Items may only be returned unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of shipment date. Returns must be accompanied by receipt and will not be processed without itemized proof of purchase. Once items are received by us in their unused and original packaging, we will issue a credit for the purchase price including applicable taxes within 30 days to the credit card used for purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
