Prior to forming Hansen Bolane Consulting, Dhawn Hansen was the VP of Operations for a global manufacturing company, establishing organizational systems throughout North America, Europe and China. From 2004 – 2008 Dhawn teamed up with Tracey Turner to form Hansen Turner Solutions, LLC. Together, Hansen and Turner wrote 2 books, Organize Your Office and Manage Your Time and Clutter – The Elephant in the Room, taught seminars and provided organizing insight to many clients over their 4 years together.

Brita Bolane came to the business world with an MBA and a sports background as a Professional Volleyball player competing internationally. Bolane joined Callaway Golf and was Program Manager for Women’s Products, where she managed worldwide product launches and created market development opportunities for niche products. From 2007 – 2008 Bolane was the President of pare it down, inc., a professional organizing company that catered to small businesses and individuals throughout San Diego and Orange counties.

Hansen and Bolane are admitted over-achievers, running a successful business, volunteering for organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation and serving as officers on the Board of several organizations including the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) San Diego chapter.
