Mexican Food

We all love a good burrito or a cheesy enchilada, unfortunately, Mexican food not only packs a lot of taste, but it also has lots of calories! But it is possible to make healthy choices and still enjoy the Mexican flavors we all love! For example, always choose corn tortillas over flour, black beans instead of refried beans, and skip the sour cream, if they don’t have a non-fat option.
Tip: If you are going to have a drink and some chips you might want to cut back on your meal to limit your calories and fat grams.
