Picture this…..it’s 3 PM and you’ve eaten lunch hours ago, but you still have a few hours to go before dinner time.  By now, most of us know that starving yourself between meals is not the healthiest thing to do.  So why do it?  Remember that not all “snacking” is bad.  It just depends what it is you are “snacking” on!  Here are some tasty and nutritious ideas to help bridge those gaps of hunger between meals!
