UNDERSTAND SUPPLEMENTS - Your challenge today is to figure out if you need to take supplements and if so what kinds. What exactly do supplements do? They supplement or add to what you may be missing from your diet. You don't need to be overwhelmed by all the various kinds available.

EAT TO STABILIZE YOUR BLOOD SUGAR - Eat every 3-4 hours starting within an hour of waking, about 250-300 calories
per meal if you are an active woman and 400-450 calories per meal if you're a man.
