My 31 year old niece, Angie had a baby boy named Nicholas Ryan on December 3. He wasn't due until February 14. He's holding his own, but his Mommmy can only hold him for one hour a day

Can anyone recommend a site/store to purchase maternity fitness tops? I had a Liz Lange Nike top that I loved but wore out with my 3rd pregnancy. Now I'm preg with my 4th and can't bear to wear my husband's cotton T-shirts for 5 months. Thanks! Tina

So I stopped taking the pill about 4 months ago and my periods still aren't regular. Is that normal? I really want to start getting them regularly so my husband and I can start trying to get pregnant? I'm just wondering if this is common? Does anybody have any insight?

Looking back on my pregnancy I learned the following: Being nervous, scared, and excited at the same time is normal / Eating healthy foods will pay off in the long run / Exercising is very beneficial for the birth process, your health, and your recovery after birth / Don't compare yourself to other pregnant friends, everyone looks different (has different reactions) / When you feel like you are going to snap try taking deep breaths and tell yourself your hormones are in overdrive - calm down! / Enjoy every minute even the uncomfortable ones because you do forget all about it once your baby arrives!

I am about 6 months pregnant and I’m trying really hard to control my cravings. It’s tough though, and I struggle with it daily. I try not to give in to my cravings all the time, but sometimes it’s really hard and in the end, I end up eating more of the other stuff then what I would have eaten had I just given in to my craving in the first place. Is it bad to try to ignore what I’m craving during pregnancy? Will it effect my baby? I try to come up with some healthier alternatives to the foods I am craving, since I usually crave things like donuts, and ice cream, and I know that’s not the healthiest of choices I could be making. So instead, I try to find fat-free ice cream, or some kind of cinnamon cookie instead of a donut, but I end up eating such a large quantity of it! Do cravings go away or do they last throughout an entire pregnancy?
