I'm a big 'foam-roller' or should I say I regularly practice self myofacial release. Gabby I think a clip on rolling, techniques and benefits would be great!

I thought this: "Film My Tip" was a typo for "Film My Trip"..ok, now I get it..My tip is Dry Brush Massage. It is amazing! After doing the dry brush massage (it only takes 3 minutes!) then slather on organic coconut oil...Look up how to do dry brush massage on the internet as I don't want to explain it here. After doing this daily for one week your life will be changed for the better.

Here's a tip I have unfortuantely from personal experience - When a friend calls you, call them back! Even if you don't feel like it just call them back to say you are super busy. Don't just ignore the call, that is RUDE!

Tip - When feeling tired go on a short walk and take deep breaths, you will feel re-energized!

I heard to give your hair some TLC and conditioning you should soak it in olive oil. That would be really cool Gabby if you showed us how to do it! :)

If you have time to eat you probably will, but if you fill your day with lots to do then you really don't have time to over indulge you'll use food as more as an energy booster (like a car running low on gas). So get busy everyone!

I love to dance but with 2 small children can't go out to the dance club anymore so I discovered Zumba! You get a great heart-thumping workout to awesome latin,hip-hop,belly-dancing and other international music. You will feel sexy, burn off calories and have a great time! The videos are great but the classes are better since they are live!

Record you goals!
My family and friends started a group health contest. We choose 3 goals and assign 5 points for each goal accomplished a day. The person with the most points at the end of the week wins. For fun we put it a dollar each week and the winner wins the pot. My goals are - 5 glasses of water, 5 fruits/vegetables and 1 hour of exercise a day.

Like coffee but want to cut back cause you know it's not that good for you? Substitute that caffeine fix for Yerba Matte. This tea will give you that boost of energy you need and also will make you feel really happy! You can buy the tea bags at any health food store, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc... Make it like you would any other tea, and put it in the fridge. You can sweeten it with Stevia or any natural sweetener, and you will love this. Seriously, try it instead of coffee. You won't be sorry!

I have a tip! Get in a routine of working out in the morning before you go to work. That way you won't end up putting it off until later on in the day then skipping it all together because you are too tired. Plus you will feel so good about yourself all day because you worked out!

Floss right after you eat! If you wait until it's bedtime you will most likely skip it because you are too tired and just want to go to bed! I just got back from the dentist and basically got scolded because I don't floss enough!
That would be soooo cool if you made this into an actual video tip Gabby! pleeeaassee choose mine :)

For all day energy - eat a healthy breakfast. I have started doing this recently and see a dramatic change come 3-4pm when I usually start to get tired.
