I spoke with my business coach. It was a great experience. This week I am focusing three actions that will give me some direction over the next month as I make a transition away from my old job.

I want to be able to connect with my clients and future clients about health, nutrition and fitness.

Action 1: Research newsletters, find a template that is workable and user friendly. Write down a list of topics

In my last venture with a partner I realize that she was very controlling, we had some other issues as well. I am currently involved in a new outdoor venture bootcamp within my community.

Action 2: Create a list of what I want in a new partner (likes and dislikes). What are some characteristics of my ideal partner. What can I improve on.

Reflecting back on my last venture and my employment within a gym I lacked some skills that I know I can improve on.

Action 3: Network and find a training course that includes sales promotion and leadership.

The actions are great as it makes me accountable for my next session when I check-in. Business coaches range from $300 to $700 a month, usually including a 3 month committment. It is a great investment for me and my future.

If anyone reads this and has some suggestions I would love to hear any feed back that can help me execute my actions.

Thought of the day: Keep organized, focus ahead and manage my time.

cheers everyone.

Well ladies, I need your help. I am currently writing to you from my kitchen at 6:48am. I am not happy at my current job as a Lifestyle Coach at a gym. What do I do you ask. I am a personal trainer, nutrition specialist (love to make good food) and fitness class instructor.
I have just read part of Eckhart Tolles book, The Power of Now. For the first time every in my life I have stepped outside my real self, separated myself from my physical self to analyze ME. I see someone that can be more, I see myself doing more to help people.
I am very passionate about helping people, but this world needs more since we are in a health crisis. How can I help send the message . There are sooo many books out there now. What is the key. Sorry my computer doesn not all of a sudden let me use a question mark.
Okay, so there needs to be a Paradigm Shift overall in the way people are thinking. Truly, we all have no excuse for making changes. People are clearly uncomfortable with change and get a little lackadaisical.
I need to step outside the box and move forward, but I do not want to be place in a cubical.
Let me know what you think.
Love to all and good health.

Hi There,
I wanted to let you know about a wonderful home-based business that I came across after my mother has tremendous results with one of their products. I have never been in a home-based business before and had no intentions since I was doing really well as Realtor here on Maui, but the results we were seeing were so incredible that this was something I wanted take a better look at. I started sharing this one person at a time and before I knew it, i was getting checks every month. I was one of the first to take this to Japan and now have thousands of people having life changing results there.
With the economy in the worst shape ever, there is a great need to supplement our incomes and this type of business is a great way to share something of great value and get paid for our efforts.
This business is not for everyone( although the products are) but anyone with determination, a big dream ,and a good why can do this. Let me show you some amazing information about this Anti Aging and Wellness company and their life changing products.
I Look forward to hearing from you!
aloha,

Hello!
Come see Dr. Tony and Catie Norris at the 3rd Annual New World Fair! Come learn about Miracle Superfoods That Heal, and The Truth About Calcium!
(lecture with Tony, Saturday May 16th at 2pm and with Catie, Saturday May 16th at 6 pm.)

Real, whole foods are our body’s building blocks. They have been overlooked at the cost of health and human lives and when we learn their power, we see that more is not necessarily better. Real, LIVE foods are much more potent than chemically created nutrients and your body will absorb and utilize these natural foods much better.

We have a large range of natural health and green-living products.
Catie’s Organic Greens and Whole Food Vitamin C are the best sellers from Catie Norris and endorsed by Gabby Reece and top big wave surfer Laird Hamilton!
(www.energyessentials.com or www.catieskitchen.com)
Come see what we’ve got “cooking up”!
Pomegranate Power and Radiant Greens are among the best sellers formulated by Dr. Tony O’Donnell (www.radiantgreens.com)

The exciting healthy lifestyle, earth-friendly and conscious living celebration will be held at the Pasadena Convention Center in California. It takes place May 16-17. Strolling through the fair’s 225 booths, visitors can sample organic foods and beverages, shop for jewelry, clothing and natural health and green-living products, receive a massage, have a psychic reading, or get a henna tattoo.
