Good news, you don't have to eat liver and beef to raise your iron
levels! I found out at 3 months pregnant that I was iron
deficient, or anemic. On my own I was able to raise my iron levels to
normal within a month after eating specific foods.

In this day of the ever-changing healthy food craze, one never really
knows what to eat from one day to the next. Coffee may as well have
been a ping-pong ball bounced from one doctor who declares it unhealthy
and another who touts it as aiding diabetes Another item like that is gluten.

It is true that coconuts, next to avocados, are one of my top 5
favorite foods. Not only are they delicious, healthy, and extremely

Avocados have become one of my favorite foods lately! After seeing the
surprised look on everyone's face when I tell them I eat 1-2 avocados
