oooo tough one! I know some people that can't get rid of it - but then every pro vb player that has had kids and are still on tour...no sagging skin...completely firm and ripped - maybe a coincidence but I always think of how hard they train and watch what they eat...but it's extreme and they get paid for it so they rest of us are out of luck

: Sagging.... The New Millenium of the Baby Boomers.
I know multiple women with this issue...sadly, short of a visit to a plastic surgeon's there are no exercises or diets to correct sagging skin due to age and extreme weight loss. Skin that is older has less elastin and collagen, so it is unable to stretch back tightly. Think of an older rubber band- pull it and it wont return to the exact same shape :( BUT eating correctly and exercising will help the underlying muscle and can help skin from getting more saggy.

: Sagging.... The New Millenium of the Baby Boomers.
It's usually an issue they have with themselves. Perhaps they are thinking that something must be wrong with a woman who is fit AND happy. Just keep going and you will not even notice comments like these soon. Water off a duck's back I say :)

YOU SHOULD EAT A LITTLE SOMETHING EVERY THREE TO FOUR HOURS.PICTURE YOUR TUMMY LIKE THE FURNACE ON A LOCOMOTIVE.YOU HAVE TO PUT FUEL IN TO GET ENERGY OUT.IT`S NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE WITH OUR CRAZY LIVES SOMETIMES TO EAT A FULL MEAL BUT KEEPING HEALTHY SNACKS ON HAND WILL PREVENT LAGS IN ENERGY.AND KEEP YOU GOING.

: What is a typical day of eating for you? Do you eat 3 meals a day plus snacks or do you go so many hours then eat?
