Yes! I only took like 2 months worth when I was noticing my pregnancy glow was completely gone and I looked tired and dull. So I figured I would still take some good sups even though I wasn't pregnant just for me!! I didn't realize how a baby can take so much out of you - literally :)

If I were going to imagine a better place to work it would be: 1) acceptance of casual workclothes, clean and modest enough but tennis shoes, cotton, clothes that move and breathe. 2) the ability to workout at lunch with time for cool down (so using your other two breaks for lunch hour instead)...3) no parties with crap food allowed or atleast not more than once a quarter--so have all the b.d. cake, donuts, all the junk in one big blowout once every three months instead of every time it's this or that reason to eat that crap 4) fresh cold and hot high quality water available 5) more later...

Definitely ask your doctor who performed the surgery. If they did the surgery laproscopically, you may be able to start. Do ask your doctor though, as you want to ensure proper healing.
