Hi welcome to the honeyline.com. My name is Gabby Reece and this is my website created for women just like you.  Many people ask me what a HoneyLine is. A honeyline in simple terms is your network of friends. Some people might have many people in their honeyline and some may have just one. Whatever number you have I want this site to be a part of your HoneyLine.


GOAL
I not only have an amazing husband and incredible friends in my life but I also have been fortunate to meet some extraordinary coaches, trainers, beauty technicians and health experts during my years of being a pro athlete and modeling. I thought how great it would be to share the knowledge I have learned and am still learning with others. I have been asked to write weekly about my personal life since I have made it a priority to be as healthy as I can. I DO workout consistently and I AM really conscious about what I eat. I am human though and go through a lot of the same ups and downs just like everyone else. I have a very spirited family and every day I wake up I wonder how the day will unfold. In between all the schedules, laundry, reading, feeding, cleaning, and quality husband time I always seem to find time to eat right and workout. My hope is to somehow inspire you or motivate you in some small way.

MAKE FRIENDS
TheHoneyLine.com has been set up so you can meet other women looking to lead a healthy, active lifestyle just like you. By registering and creating an account for free you get the opportunity to add friends to your honeyline and instantly share what you are doing or give your opinion on the latest topic.  You can join a group or start your own, write blogs, or post a question, manage your daily food intake and get access to the hundreds of exercises and workouts in our fitness section.

FITNESS
Our fitness section has hundreds of exercises, tips, educational articles and WORKOUTS. Mike Monroe and I created Train 360 workouts to ensure you can always get quality effective workouts for free just like you would by a personal trainer at the gym. We show you how to do exercises and Mike lays out every week a fitness plan that incorporates your entire body and even a rest day! Most workouts are about 30 minutes and don't require much equipment. I always share my new workouts that I learn from my trainers or that I put together myself. We all struggle with consistent exercising so this is one of our most concentrated areas on thehoneyline.com along with food.

FOOD
Who doesn't like sweets, fried foods, and cheese? I know I do but I also know I have to moderate them. People focus on food a lot because it affects so much of our daily lives; our appearance, our energy levels, our social gatherings, it's never ending. We have gotten away from the fact that food is our fuel to live. It has become an addiction and a daily struggle for many. We want to help keep you on the path to consistent healthy eating. We'll offer strategies, pep talks, challenges, and sometimes bluntness. We are always looking for new delicious recipes so please do share if you have some!

BLOGS
The HoneyLine.com is run by women who blog just about everything! They like to give you honest product reviews on the latest and greatest products. They blog about women's issues and create a stir. They blog about the latest 'gossip news' because, well, just because it can be a fun detour in the day to day monotony. There is always something fun to read in the blog section.

COMMUNITY
The BUZZ section and the ANSWERS section is your place to share your own information, experiences, pep talks or just vent. There are many topics to choose from and it's always available day or night. Our system has been set up to email you when someone posts a comment. You can choose to remain anonymous but it's a great way to reach out to people.

This site is always growing and changing just like we do. Feel free to drop me or one of my editors a line through our own email system. This is a site for all of us as we take one day at a time to be happy, healthy, productive women! Everyone needs a honeyline, and this is a great place to start.

hi i'm new and i wanted to know what can i do for myself see i have a three year little girl and she was born with downs and sometimes it can be stressful for me sometimes i dont have time for me and sometime i watch my gransons why my daughter works and soon i'm going back to work right now i need time for me before i go back to work i was walkin every morning sometimes i just dont want to do anything i'm always on the go thank you lisa
